THE SITE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY BUBBLENOVA NATURAL SKINCARE ABN: 69 083 621 554 TRADING IN AUSTRALIA.  REFERENCES IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY TO “WE” AND “US” MEANS BUBBLENOVA NATURAL SKINCARE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about us and our products. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.

Colours

We try to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Product Orders

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Pre-packaged gifts are assembled individually and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.

Ordering

If you wish to purchase any products or use certain services on the Site, you must open an account with us and provide the required information to us. We pride ourselves with the speed of our service but cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations which are beyond our control. 

Unfortunately at the present we cannot sell our products to an international market.

If any orders are short delivered, contact us immediately and we will send you the correct products as soon as we are able to.

Upon reaching the checkout you will be directed to create a login on the BubbleNova Natural Skincare website.  This is to provide research and ensure we create products that are versatile and easy to use for each type of person.  We do not give your details to anyone and we take precautions to ensure your security.

Payment

You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment. 

We currently receive payment through Paypal and via Direct Deposit.

If you do not have an account when you place the order, you will be directed to register.  It will only take a few moments to complete the registration process.
Once payment has been made you will be redirected to BubbleNova Natural Skincare.  Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment.

Direct Deposit
upon reaching the Checkout you will be notified of our bank details to transfer payment to.  Please remember to include the Order ID, as found on top of the Checkout page.  This is so we can properly identify you and process your order as soon as payment has been confirmed.

Postage & Handling

At BubbleNova Natural Skincare we care for our customers, so on all orders over $150.00 there will be no charge of postage and handling. Yes that is right, free P&H on all orders over $150.00.

Why not take this opportunity to gather some friends and place a larger order to receive free Postage and Handling.

We use Australia Post to get your products to you on time.  All orders will be padded and securely posted to you ensuring that the products arrive in the same condition that they leave us.

Ownership of Materials on the Site
